Registration for summer sessions at Baton Rouge Community College opens on Wednesday, April 11, with priority registration beginning on Monday, April 9. There are three summer sessions. The first session is the 8-Week Semester – June 4 – July 26. The other two summer options are abbreviated sessions – the first 4-Week Session, June 4 – June 28, and the second 4-Week Session, July 2 – July 26.
Financial Aid and registration assistance is available. Some students may qualify for additional Pell Grant funds that may be used for summer sessions. A BRCC Financial Aid officer could verify eligibility and/or students may visit MyBRCC.edu to submit an application.
BRCC offers credit and non-credit courses and accredited programs. Available fields of study are Accounting, Aviation Maintenance, Automotive & Diesel Technology, Business, Business Technology, Computer Science, Construction Management , Criminal Justice, Early Childhood Development, Emergency Management, Entertainment Technology, Graphic Arts, General Sciences, Liberal Arts LA Transfer Degrees (AA/AS), Nursing & Allied Health CNA / LPN / RN, Paralegal Studies Paramedic, Pre-Engineering, Process Technology, Sonography, Teaching, Veterinary Technology.
