Self-Service Budget Query
Budget Managers and their designee can monitor their department’s budget by running a budget query in LoLA Self-Service. The budget query provides information such as the year-to-date budget, the year-to-date payments, and the year-to-date encumbrances.

Budget Reports in the Strategic Dashboard
Budget Managers and their designee can monitor their department’s budget by running various reports via the Strategic Dashboard. The available reports include: Budget Status; Available Balances; Transaction Detail; and Labor Distribution. These various budget reports provide information such as the year-to-date budget, year-to-date payments, year-to-date encumbrances, remaining balances, vendor payment details, and payroll details.
