Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) is pleased to announce a no-cost, week-long ACT preparation program taking place from June 17-21. This Summer Intensive ACT Prep course, specifically designed for high school students, will focus on English and mathematics to enhance college admissions prospects, and improve ACT scores.

The program will be offered daily from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the BRCC Mid City Campus, 201 Community College Dr. Enrolled students will engage in a robust curriculum that covers essential ACT subjects including grammar, reading comprehension, algebra, and geometry.

“We are proud to dedicate resources to help students prepare for the ACT,” said BRCC Chancellor Dr. Willie E. Smith, Sr. “Similar ACT Prep courses can cost several hundred dollars, but we are offering a no-cost program to students in our community. We understand the importance and the need, as this will provide some financial relief to many parents, knowing their teenager will receive expert-level preparation that will also assist them in transitioning to college.”
