Refunds are based on the date we receive your cancellation request (relative to the camp start date).

No-shows / missed days: No refunds will be issued for students who do not attend, arrive late, leave early, or miss one or more days.

Multi-camp purchases: You may cancel one camp (per the policy above) and remain enrolled in other paid camps.
BRCC cancellations: If BRCC cancels a camp, a full refund will be issued.
Transfers: Switching to another session/camp is allowed when the price is the same (expected to be the case).
Fees: No administrative/processing fees.
Exceptions: Refund exceptions may be considered for documented emergencies and require approval from Caron Smith, Executive Director of Academic Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives.
