BRCC issues refunds to students when the amount of the payment (credit) exceeds the charges applied.
Students can monitor their refunds by accessing their LOLA account.
All refunds will be delivered through BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc.
It is the student’s responsibility to verify that his or her correct address is on file with the college. To learn more about BankMobile Disbursements, students may visit BankMobile Disbursements.

BRCC - Tuition Refund Appeal
The tuition refund appeal can be filed by a student that is requesting reimbursement of tuition and refundable fees due to course(s) not being dropped for circumstances beyond a student’s control such as significant illness or injury, death of an immediate family member or guardian, military deployment, change in employment, and/or a documented college error.
**Students do not have to complete a refund appeal for courses that are dropped during the 100% refund period. If you have dropped a course and will not be adding any additional courses, please email our office at Bursars@mybrcc.edu with any questions you may have about your refund. **

NEW STUDENTS
Follow these steps to make your refund preference selection:
- Log in to your LoLA (BRCC’s Online student portal) account
- Go to STUDENT TAB and then to the ACADEMIC LINKS section, click on SELECT REFUND CHOICE.
You will be directed to the BankMobile webpage, follow the instructions to set up how you want your refund delivered. RETURNING STUDENTS

- Log into the BankMobile website: www.BankMobilevibe.com, using your email address and password
- If you need assistance with logging into your account, please contact BankMobile at 1-866-755-4521
Please note that credit card payments will be refunded back to the initial credit card used.
