This class will consist of up to 14 modules. Class topics range from introduction to repair process, procedures, terms, parts, tools, equipment, attachment methods, mechanical and safety systems, vehicle construction material, and refinishing and corrosion protection. This course also covers color maps, electronic paint formulation systems, and techniques to make spray out panels for color evaluation and tri-coat finishes. Other techniques include final sanding, masking, color mixing and tinting, spray booth operations, and applying primers, sealers, and clear coats. All supplies and curriculum access are included in the price of the course. Students can decide to take the I-Cars End of Program Exam at their discretion.
