SUBMITTING ADMISSIONS DOCUMENTS:
If you'd like to submit your Admissions Documents (ACT, SAT, Accuplacer or CLEP Test Scores, Immunization Records, or Selective Service), please send your documents to brccadmissions@mybrcc.edu. Please include your Student ID Number.

ADMISSIONS APPLICATION ERRORS:
If you are completing an application for admissions and you receive an "unexpected error" which tells you to contact your college, please log all the way out of the application and log back in. Once logged back in, you should be able to complete your application.

STUDENT EMAIL ISSUES:
If you are experiencing issues accessing your BRCC Email Address, please contact our IT Helpdesk at helpdesk@mybrcc.edu.

FINANCIAL AID QUESTIONS:

ORDERING TRANSCRIPTS:
If you would like to order a transcript from BRCC for your own purposes or to be sent to another school: https://www.mybrcc.edu/registrar/transcript.php

If you have questions about a transcript you ordered from BRCC or regarding one you had sent to BRCC, please contact our Transcripts Office at brcctranscripts@mybrcc.edu.

If you need assistance selecting and/or registering your classes, please contact Advising Services at advisingservices@mybrcc.edu or stop by the Bienvenue Student Center Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
