Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) is the first and
most important step in applying for financial aid. Students who apply early and meet
deadlines increase their chances of an affordable college experience.
BRCC, in conjunction with LOSFA, would like to invite current BRCC students, high
school seniors, and parents to attend one of our FAFSA® Frenzy Events the week of
February 5-9, 2024. This is an opportunity to seek guidance with the completion process
of the 2024-25 FAFSA® which covers the 2024 fall, 2025 spring, and 2025 summer semesters.
Attendees must RSVP for one of the sessions AND apply for their student/parent Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID PRIOR to attending to ensure prompt verification and completion of the application during the event
The Department of Education just announced that FAFSA® information will NOT be made
available to colleges and universities until the first half of March so any questions
you may have upon completing the application can be answered by reaching out to FAFSA®
directly.
