The BRCC community is invited to Author Talk with Essie Chambers as part of the "Paws to Read" event supported by The Great Questions Foundation.

The event will be held Tuesday, Oct. 21, at 11 a.m. in the Dumas Conference Room in the Magnolia Building on the Mid City campus.

Essie Chambers is the winner of the 2025 Ernest J. Gaines Award for Literary Excellence and author of the book "Swift River.”
