Facilities Maintenance and Repair ( )
Facilities Maintenance & Repair prepares students for entry-level careers in facility and building maintenance through hands-on training in Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Appliance Maintenance & Repair. Students receive foundational instruction in worplace safety, tool usage, construction math, blueprint reading, industry terminology, and employability skills before applying their knowledge in a lab environment. Upon completion, students will be able to perform routine maintenance and repairs, utilize industry-standard tools, troubleshoot common facility issues, and support the operation of residential, commerical, and industrial facilities.
