Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) recognizes the need to facilitate certification testing for individuals who have completed approved Nurse Aide Training (NAT) programs or have followed other Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) approved alternate routes.
This policy outlines BRCC's commitment to providing testing services for a diverse range of candidates, including BRCC students, third-party program completers, and individuals eligible for alternate routes as determined by LDH.

How to Apply for the CNA Exam
Follow the steps below to complete your application. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a call with available dates to test.
Step 2: When you reach the part of the application that asks you to upload documents, please upload the correct documents for your chosen TRACK.
- If you choose the “New Nurse Aide” track, you must upload a Certificate of Completion. Use the following information
