Information About Louisiana High School Equivalency Pathways

We Offer:

  • NO COST instruction in writing, math, science, and social studies
  • Individualized learning plans to meet your goals
  • Preparation for the HiSET (formerly GED) exam
  • Pathways to career training and college programs

Who Should Enroll:

  • Adults (18+) who did not complete high school
  • Those seeking to complete the HiSET (High School Equivalency Test) or improve basic academic skills for work or college readiness

Class Details:

  • Start Dates: Ongoing enrollment - start anytime!
  • Cost: FREE for eligible participants
  • Schedule: Most classes are hybrid (self-paced, online assignments) with flexible meeting times - mornings, afternoons, and evenings
