How to Apply

Step 1: Application Submission

Submit your application online during the application period, April 21, 2026 to May 31, 2026.

  1. To apply, visit the BRCC Enrollment website at mybrcc.edu/enrollment/workforce.php 
  2. Select "Admissions Application" 
  3. On the "Application for Admission" page, select "Sign Up"
    1. Complete all required fields
    2. Check and confirm email and set your password
    3. Click "Sign In"
  4. Submit Application
    1. Under "Fall 2026 Workforce (Non-Credit)
    2. Select "Apply Now"
    3. Complete all required information.
    4. For "What is your area of interest?", choose "North Baton Rouge Industrial Training Initiative"
    5. To submit an immunization waiver, you will need to create a LOLA account. Select the "New User set-up."
    6. Select Student > Required Admission Forms > Start Request for Proof of Immunization.
    7. You must review and agree to the "Certification Statement" and "Code of Conduct" to proceed with the application.
    8. Select "Complete"

Step 2: Information Form

Once the application period has ended, you will receive an email in early June 2026 with a a link to a required Information Form.

  • Deadline to submit the information form is June 19, 2026
  • Applicants are strongly encouraged to complete and submit this form as soon as it is received to avoid delays in the selection process.

Step 3: Interview Notification

Applicants selected for an interview will be notified via email no later than June 26, 2026.

Step 4: Interview Process

Interviews will be conducted on the following dates:

  • July 7–9, 2026
  • July 13–16, 2026
  • Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Applicants must attend their assigned interview date and time. No Exceptions.

Step 5: Acceptance Notification

Acceptance letters will be issued by July 31, 2026.

Step 6: Program Start Date

Start date is August 31, 2026. Accepted students will receive additional details upon acceptance
