Working in conjunction with eight (8) secondary school districts (East Baton Rouge Parish, West Baton Rouge Parish, East Feliciana Parish, West Feliciana Parish, Pointe Coupee Parish, Baker, Zachary, and Central School Systems), Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) is leading a Zone B partnership to target Perkins Basic funds in three regionally agreed upon career clusters including Health Science, Business, and Manufacturing. BRCC has also petitioned LCTCS to include a fourth cluster, Transportation.
The Health Science cluster pathways include

- Diagnostic Medical Sonography (4 star occupations)
- Veterinary Technology (2 stars occupations)
- Sterile Processing and Surgical Technology (4 star occupations)
- Paramedic (4 star occupations)
- Practical Nursing (4 star occupations)
- Medical Assistant (2 star occupations)
The Business cluster pathway options for students include
- Construction Management (5 star occupations)
- Business Administration (5 star occupations)
- Accounting and Enrolled Agent (4 star occupations)
- Customer Service (3 star occupations)
- Retail Management (4 star occupations)
The Manufacturing cluster pathways include
- Process Technology (5 star occupations)
- Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (4 stars occupations)
- Welding (5 stars occupations)
In addition, the Transportation cluster pathway options for students include
